TRACC offers short 5 day marine science and conservation courses for divers. These are ideal for groups of friends or dive clubs. The courses are timed to coincide with important seasonal events. The Coral reef ecology course takes place at the same time as the seasonal Coral spawning event, join us for sex at the beach. Divers who visit early in the year watch huge amorous turtles desperately trying to find a female for mating. For even more sex, we watch the supermales with their hareem and the posturing of fish as they defend a nesting spot. Not everything involves sex, we explore ocean aliens who produce children by natural clones and virgin births. Marine science looks at many weird Aliens which Hollywood has not yet copied. We even have the opportunity to watch DIY nest building by the males and the flighty females who only come home for sex. Watching eggs hatch is an amazing event to experience.
For unique dives come and explore the seagrass or the mangroves, diving into a fascinating nursery for many marine creatures. Once you know what you are looking for it is a great dive.
